The fifth Innovation Food Conference – iFood 2019 was hosted by the DIL German Institute of Food Technology. The event took place at the Anuga, Rheinsaal (Congress Centre North), on October 7th, 2019. The iFood Conference is an international networking event for food technologists, manufacturers, and retailers. Mainly it was focused on sustainability, Digitalism, Innovations, and new food trends in the global system.
