Crispy Coco Rice Treats
INGREDIENTS
1 Bag Vegan Mini Marshmallow (10 Oz)
4 Tbsp Cocoland Extra Virgin Coconut Oul
3 Tbsp Coconut Milk
Tsp Vanilla
5 Cups Rice Crispy Cereal
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Over medium heat, melt the coconut oil in a large pot.
Add marshmallows and stir until almost fully melted.
Before marshmallows are fully melted (there should be some lumps still but not too big), remove from heat and coconut milk and vanilla.
Gradually stir in rice crispy cereal and fold until combined.
Add to an 8″ x 8″ pan greased with coconut oil.
Allow the treats to cool and firm up (place in the fridge for faster results).
Cut in squares and serve. Enjoy!
