Crispy Coco Rice Treats

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Bag Vegan Mini Marshmallow (10 Oz)
  • 4 Tbsp Cocoland Extra Virgin Coconut Oul
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • Tsp Vanilla
  • 5 Cups Rice Crispy Cereal
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Over medium heat, melt the coconut oil in a large pot.
  • Add marshmallows and stir until almost fully melted.
  • Before marshmallows are fully melted (there should be some lumps still but not too big), remove from heat and coconut milk and vanilla.
  • Gradually stir in rice crispy cereal and fold until combined.
  • Add to an 8″ x 8″ pan greased with coconut oil.
  • Allow the treats to cool and firm up (place in the fridge for faster results).
  • Cut in squares and serve. Enjoy!
