O.M.G. Pumpkin Spice Coffee

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 Oz Hot Coffee
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoland Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • ¼ Tsp Pumpkin Spice Blend (May Substitute with Cinnamon and Dash of Nutmeg)
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Sugar or Sugar Substitute
  • ¼ Cup Canned Coconut Milk
  • + Small Pinch of Salt
  • + Whipped Coconut Cream (for Topping)
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add coffee, pumpkin, coconut oil, spices, sugar and coconut milk to a blender.
  • Blend for about 30 seconds, until frothy.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and top with whipped coconut cream and additional pumpkin spice blend or cinnamon (optional). Enjoy!
